Partner Discount Rates:
Churches and other organizations are invited to become Partners with Covenant Village to help sustain this ministry. In appreciation for annual donations of $1000 or more, the partnering organization will receive per person lodging discounts ranging from 15-35% according to the chart below:

​​A non-refundable deposit of $500 (or $250 for Farmhouse ONLY) is due 2 months prior to event date. The deposit will be applied towards your final balance.

A second, non-refundable payment of $500 is due 1 month prior to event date. If your total remaining balance is less than $500, then only the remaining balance will be due 1 month out.

Deposits

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Deposits are not transferable to a different event/date.
Cancellation Policy

Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you must cancel your reservation due to an emergency.

We strive to treat everyone with respect during emergency cancellations, and will do our best to work with you. However, due to the fact that groups typically book events 6 months to 1 year in advance, we will likely not be able to book another group for your time-slot, and we would therefore lose that revenue.

We therefore welcome your consideration of changing the deposit into a donation.

Note that if an individual made the reservation, and your group does not use the facility, the donation can be tax-deductible. We will be glad to provide a tax-deductible receipt.
